TweetType - A Movable Type Plugin to Tweet Posts
I use Movable Type Pro for my personal site as well as for my business SpaceRef. I needed to be able to have new articles from our sites posted right away to Twitter once an editor had approved them. To do that I wrote a Movable Type Plugin called TweetType. Version 1.1 will be available shortly. I'm already working on version 1.2 which will include the ability to enter an API key for a few URL shortening services.
FreeBSD 7.0 MindTouch Installation Guide
MindTouch is an open source collaboration platform geared for the enterprise but useful for even smaller projects or businesses. When I first started using it was known as Deki a product of MindTouch. That's all changed now, it's just MindTouch. Because we wanted a more secure install of MindTouch we chose FreeBSD as the operating system. There was no port of MindTouch at that time so I ported the code so it would work on FreeBSD. The guide is for 7.0. We've since updated our system since to 8.0 but the guide has yet to be updated, however it is almost identical and should help you get it installed on 8.0.
You would be surprised at how difficult it is for people to figure out their IP address. For those people who need to know but can't figure it out, click the link above.
