A Movable Type Plugin to Tweet Posts

tweettype-web-sm.pngI use Movable Type Pro for my personal site as well as for my business SpaceRef. I need to be able to have new articles from our sites posted right away to Twitter once an editor has approved them. To do that I wrote a Movable Type Plugin called TweetType. Version 1.1 will be available shortly. Once that update is completed I'll start work on 1.2 which will include the ability to enter an API key for a select URL shortening services. The Plugin currently works only with Movable Type 4. Once I've completed version 1.1 I'll post the code GitHub.

  • Updated to work with Movable Type 5. No current timeline on availability at this time.
